Location.. grounds .. rooms .. beds .. cleanliness .. safety .. staff get out of their way to make stay comfortable and pleasant.. nice beach and lagoon .. short distance from airport and from varied local restaurants of very high quality

Our ground floor room overlooked a lagoon giving us a wonderful view. The gardens at the hotel are beautiful and very well cared for. The staff were friendly and helpful and usually carried a smile. Breakfast was fantastic with a very wide choice of food. There were a number of different style restaurants if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. 'Downtown' El Gouna is just a 10-minute walk, while the Marina area is about a 45-minute walk. However, it's easy to catch a Tuk-Tuk which charge just 50EGP wherever you wish to go within the town.

We recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can’t praise the staff enough for their exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, Mahmoud Abd El Rahim at the reception made us feel right at home. He was not only friendly but went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always checking in on us and ensuring that we had everything we needed, especially for my daughter. The dining experience was equally fantastic. The restaurant staff, particularly Mohamed Ahmad, was incredibly welcoming. He consistently went out of his way to assist us, making meal times enjoyable and stress-free. His attention to detail and genuine care truly made a difference during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The hospitality from Mahmoud Abd El Rahim, Mohamed Ahmad, and the rest of the team made our trip memorable. We look forward to returning!

Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Movenpick El Gouna was amazing! El-Husseini at reception gave us a warm welcome, the bellmen were always ready with the golf cart, and Sally from Guest Relations made sure we had everything we needed. Huge thanks to Chef Mohamed and the restaurant team for the delicious food and top-notch service. We felt truly cared for — hoping to be back soon

Thank you, the staff and the team were amazing with a smooth check-in and out. I also like the organic products everywhere. The team is always supportive even if the resort is fully booked. Family and kids were happy with the night shows and kids' area, and Gem was also perfect. The sea view is amazing, with great night vibes we had. I believe I'll be there again 🙏

Traveled with family and a group of friends. Had a very nice experience at the hotel. The rooms were very big with large balconies facing lagoons and Red Sea. Amazing! The open buffet was exceptional! The variety of cuisines and dessert was impressive. It’s not like any all inclusive or half board you’ve ever seen. The F&B manager was there every breakfast and dinner. Compliments !
